Rad Net, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist to perform evaluation and treatment in a home health setting. This PRN role serves adult and geriatric patients, with day shifts typically 8:00 am–5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, in a Tanner Resource Center area.
The position requires licensure as a Physical Therapist (GA) and a valid Driver's License with auto insurance. BLS is required within 30 days of hire. Prior experience is preferred but not required for this role.
