What You’ll Do
  • Provide pediatric occupational therapy services in children’s homes and community settings

  • Evaluate children and develop individualized plans of care, as applicable to your license

  • Help children improve fine motor, sensory-processing, self-care and daily living skills

  • Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers

  • Complete documentation accurately and within required time frames

  • Communicate with physicians, clinical supervisors and other members of the child’s care team

  • For COTAs: provide treatment under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist

Qualifications

Occupational Therapist:

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

  • Current Texas Occupational Therapist license

  • Current CPR certification

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and automobile insurance

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant:

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

  • Current Texas COTA license

  • Current CPR certification

  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and automobile insurance

Pediatric experience is preferred, but we welcome candidates who are passionate about working with children and families. New graduates are encouraged to apply!
