We are looking for a Sourcer/Recruiter to join our team in the Carrollton area. We pride ourselves on strong culture, collaboration, and developing talent from the ground up. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone eager to learn recruiting, build technical and people skills, and grow into a full-cycle recruiter or other recruiting roles.
What You'll Do- Source and identify qualified candidates using job boards, databases, referrals, Linked In, and outbound outreach
- Conduct phone screens to evaluate skills, availability, pay expectations, and role fit
- Coordinate and schedule phone, virtual, and onsite interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain accurate and detailed candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Track candidate pipelines, outreach activity, and interview progress using Excel and internal tools
- Communicate consistently with candidates to ensure a positive, professional experience
- Support recruiters and leadership across multiple hiring projects and clients
- Follow established recruiting processes while adapting quickly to changing priorities
- Gain exposure to all areas of the recruiting lifecycle with opportunities to take on more responsibility over time
- High School Diploma or GED required (college coursework or degree a plus)
- Interest in recruiting, staffing, HR, sales, or customer-facing roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in a Mac environment and using:
- Word and Outlook (professional communication and documentation)
- Tech-savvy, quick learner, and adaptable to new systems and processes
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Entry-level role with training, mentorship, and growth paths
- Exposure to multiple industries and recruiting models
- Fast-paced, collaborative team environment
