Entry Level Sourcer​/Recruiter

We are looking for a Sourcer/Recruiter to join our team in the Carrollton area. We pride ourselves on strong culture, collaboration, and developing talent from the ground up. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone eager to learn recruiting, build technical and people skills, and grow into a full-cycle recruiter or other recruiting roles.

• Source and identify qualified candidates using job boards, databases, referrals, Linked In, and outbound outreach
• Conduct phone screens to evaluate skills, availability, pay expectations, and role fit
• Coordinate and schedule phone, virtual, and onsite interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate and detailed candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Track candidate pipelines, outreach activity, and interview progress using Excel and internal tools
• Communicate consistently with candidates to ensure a positive, professional experience
• Support recruiters and leadership across multiple hiring projects and clients
• Follow established recruiting processes while adapting quickly to changing priorities
• Gain exposure to all areas of the recruiting lifecycle with opportunities to take on more responsibility over time

• High School Diploma or GED required (college coursework or degree a plus)
• Interest in recruiting, staffing, HR, sales, or customer-facing roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working in a Mac environment and using:
• Word and Outlook (professional communication and documentation)
• Tech-savvy, quick learner, and adaptable to new systems and processes
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
