Pay Rate$25.00/hr
Job DescriptionAre you an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys connecting great talent with great opportunities? Join our team as a Staffing Recruiter and help drive growth by sourcing, placing, and retaining top talent in light industrial and event staffing roles.
What You'll Do- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
- Partner with clients to meet staffing needs quickly and effectively
- Ensure smooth onboarding and compliance processes
- Support branch operations
- At least 3+ years of staffing/recruiting experience
- Experience in light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics staffing preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- ATS/CRM experience required
- Bilingual English/Spanish
