Recruiter, Recruiter ​/ Talent Acquisition

Rasa Floors is looking for a motivated Recruiter to join our HR team and help us identify, engage, and hire talent across the organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career recruiter who is ready to move beyond recruiting coordination and develop hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting, proactive sourcing, candidate assessment, hiring manager partnership, and talent strategy.

You’ll initially focus heavily on our Sales organization and other priority positions while developing the skills and experience to take on broader Talent Acquisition ownership.

• Own recruiting for assigned positions from sourcing through selection
• Proactively source candidates using Linked In Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and targeted outreach
• Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidate qualifications and potential
• Partner directly with hiring managers to understand their talent needs
• Build pipelines of active and passive candidates
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for challenging markets and positions
• Support college recruiting, referral programs, and targeted recruiting campaigns
• Track recruiting activity and use results to improve sourcing strategies
• Deliver a professional, engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process

• Approximately 0-2 years of recruiting, staffing, HR, sales, or related professional experience
• Strong verbal communication skills and confidence speaking with candidates
• A proactive mindset - you’re comfortable finding talent rather than waiting for applicants
• Strong judgment and ability to evaluate people and make recommendations
• Excellent organization, urgency, and follow-through
• Coachability and a genuine desire to develop your Talent Acquisition career
• Experience with Linked In, job boards, or an ATS is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered

We’re looking for someone who wants to learn, contribute, and grow into a well-rounded Talent Acquisition professional. Hybrid work schedule and annual salary $50K - $55K.
