Recruiter / Talent Acquisition, HR Manager
A growing and well-established financial services organization is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and elevate its recruiting function. This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic recruiting professional who enjoys partnering with leadership, building scalable processes, and helping organizations attract and hire top talent.
In this role, you will:
- Lead and execute the organization’s talent acquisition strategy in support of continued growth.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across professional, technical, exempt/non-exempt, and leadership positions.
- Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders on workforce planning, sourcing strategies, interview processes, and hiring decisions.
- Build proactive pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Develop and optimize sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, networking, referrals, social media, job boards, events, and recruiting partners.
- Manage and evaluate external recruiting agency relationships and performance.
- Establish recruiting metrics and analytics to improve quality of hire, time-to-fill, and hiring manager satisfaction.
- Oversee ATS processes, recruiting workflows, policies, and compliance.
- Build early-career talent initiatives, including university partnerships, internships, and campus recruiting.
- Support employer branding, talent engagement, and inclusive hiring initiatives.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of progressive talent acquisition or recruiting experience, including leadership experience.
- Experience building or scaling a recruiting function in a high-growth environment.
- Strong full-cycle recruiting experience across multiple functions and organizational levels.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and hiring managers.
- Experience with ATS platforms, recruiting analytics, and HR technology.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and selection expertise.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, organizational, and analytical skills.
- A strategic, hands-on approach with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; SHRM, PHR, or similar certification is a plus.
