Network Operations Center Engineer Job Carrollton area,Texas USA,IT/Tech

We are supporting a leading enterprise technology provider that is seeking a SaaS Operations NOC Engineer to support a mission-critical SaaS platform used by financial institutions and retailers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-availability environments and enjoys owning incident response from detection through resolution.

Responsibilities

Monitor application and infrastructure performance across a SaaS platform
Respond to alerts, incidents, and service disruptions in real time
Own incident triage, escalation, coordination, and follow-through during assigned shifts
Collaborate with Support and Engineering teams to drive timely resolution
Provide clear, timely updates to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Track incidents through resolution using ITSM tools
Produce incident reports, post-incident summaries, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documentation
Operate within defined SLA and priority frameworks (P1–P4)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Experience as an NOC Engineer supporting a SaaS platform
Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Experience with ITSM tools (Jira, Salesforce Service Cloud, or similar)
Strong understanding of incident management in a 24/7 SaaS environment
Excellent troubleshooting, prioritization, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple incidents under pressure
Familiarity with ITIL / ITSM best practices - Would be a plus
