Job Summary

The IT Training & Digital Adoption Specialist is responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining technology training programs that support end‑user adoption across the enterprise. This role focuses on training users on enterprise applications, productivity tools, and other non‑clinical systems. Responsibilities include creating training videos, documentation, user guides, and Learning Management System (LMS) content; conducting virtual and in‑person training; supporting technology rollouts;

and serving as a liaison between IT and business units to ensure effective and consistent technology utilization.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Information Technology, Communications, or related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience creating and delivering technical training in an IT or enterprise environment.
  • Experience producing high‑quality training videos, e‑learning modules, and instructional materials.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise and productivity applications (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, One Drive, and other business applications).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, user‑friendly language.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism, courtesy, and composure under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and knowledge base tools preferred.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and build strong user relationships.
Responsibilities and Duties Training Development & Delivery
  • Develop and deliver live (virtual and in‑person) training sessions for enterprise applications, productivity tools, and other non‑clinical systems.
  • Create training materials, including videos, step‑by‑step guides, reference documents, FAQs, knowledge base articles, and LMS modules.
  • Coordinate training schedules, registration, and attendance tracking.
  • Assess learner needs and tailor content to multiple skill levels.
  • Conduct onboarding technology training for new employees as assigned.
Digital Adoption & User Support
  • Work and resolve all assigned Manage Engine Service Desk tickets in accordance with departmental standards, SLAs, and documentation requirements.
  • Support rollout and adoption of new technologies across the organization.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to understand upcoming changes and translate them into training content.
  • Provide post‑training support, office hours, and follow‑up sessions to reinforce learning.
  • Monitor user adoption trends and identify areas requiring additional training or communication.
  • Partner with the Service Desk to identify recurring user training gaps and produce targeted educational materials.
Content Creation & Knowledge Management
  • Maintain up‑to‑date training documentation and materials in the LMS and internal knowledge bases.
  • Produce high‑quality video training content using IT‑approved tools.
  • Ensure training content aligns with organizational standards and is accessible to all levels of technical proficiency.
  • Manage versioning and updates of training materials as systems evolve.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Work with IT Application Owners, Infrastructure Teams, and Project Managers to support technology implementations.
  • Participate in UAT, pilot programs, and early‑access demonstrations to prepare training content.
  • Assist IT leadership with communication planning for system changes, enhancements, and new initiatives.
  • Serve as an advocate for improving the digital user experience.
