Job Summary
The IT Training & Digital Adoption Specialist is responsible for developing, delivering, and maintaining technology training programs that support end-user adoption across the enterprise. This role focuses on training users on enterprise applications, productivity tools, and other non-clinical systems. Responsibilities include creating training videos, documentation, user guides, and Learning Management System (LMS) content; conducting virtual and in-person training; supporting technology rollouts;
and serving as a liaison between IT and business units to ensure effective and consistent technology utilization.
