We are seeking an IT Project Coordinator to join an IT company operating in California and Texas. The successful candidate will manage a broad scope of project tasks, including budget and schedule control, and hands‑on, on‑site equipment setup, working closely with the project team.

• Coordinate and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring all milestones are met within scope and budget.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
• Utilize project management methodologies to improve project workflow and efficiency.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and team members.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments.

• Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (Business level).
• Strong interest in Information Technology and a demonstrated willingness to quickly learn and acquire necessary technical knowledge and skills, even without prior professional experience.
• Ability to travel frequently (30%+):
  Must be willing to travel within Texas and nationwide to project sites as required.
• Strong commitment to teamwork and collaboration.
