Under Sanmina Global Services (SGS), the Solutions and Sales Executive will be the primary architect of growth within the most strategic markets. The role captures market share by leveraging Sanmina’s vertical integration capabilities and driving high-value program outcomes.
Job Purpose: Act as a bridge between customer needs and Sanmina’s capabilities, establishing the company’s prime positioning for long‑term success.
Strategy & Thought Leadership: Drive go‑to‑market strategies, define messaging and value propositions, assess market dynamics and advise leadership on service expansion.
Demand Generation: Support pipeline growth through targeted touchpoints, including round tables, industry conferences, and thought leadership content.
Strategic
Qualification:
Target, qualify, and prioritize opportunities aligned with financial targets and strategic goals.
End‑to‑End Ownership: Lead the entire sales process—from discovery workshops to final closing.
Collaborative Solutioning: Partner with operations and technical teams to translate complex requirements into cost‑effective service offerings.
Proposal Excellence: Oversee RFI/RFP/RFQ responses, ensuring persuasive, ROI‑focused documentation.
Implementation Stewardship: Own the client experience during complex implementations to ensure seamless delivery.
Maintain rigorous CRM hygiene to support forecasting and corporate visibility and share best practices across the global sales organization.
Education and Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience: 8+ years of sales experience consistently exceeding quotas (revenue responsibilities of $10M+ preferred).
Domain Expertise: Deep knowledge of high‑tech applications, including BTO, CTO, reverse logistics, repair, direct order fulfillment, and engineering services.
Industry Savvy: Strong understanding of CM/EMS industry dynamics, manufacturing, and service provider P&L/pricing models.
Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and enterprise CRM tools.
Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation and closing skills; ability to thrive in a high‑urgency, matrixed environment.
