You will setup, test, troubleshoot, monitor, and provide ongoing support for EDI transactions, with occasional after-hours work for critical issues or outages.
You will collaborate with IT, Customer Service, Supply Chain/Logistics, Finance, and other teams, maintain partner profiles and mapping specs, and help ensure data accuracy and timely service
