Cantex is looking for a Tier 1 IT Technician in Carrollton, TX to be the first point of contact for technical support. You will manage user accounts, troubleshoot Windows 10/11, AD and Office 365, and support EMR systems like Point Click Care and Homecare Homebase.
This on-site role requires strong communication, reliability, and documentation of interactions, with escalation of complex issues. Hours are Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, reporting to the Director of Information Technologies.
