Employee Benefits Producer

Tower Street Insurance is a fast-growing, Dallas-based insurance agency looking for a driven Employee Benefits Producer to help expand our Employee Benefits team. If you're client-focused, collaborative, and experienced in group benefits, we'd love to connect!

What You'll Do:

• Grow and manage a book of group employee benefits business
• Set strategy, lead renewals, and ensure strong service delivery
• Prospect through cold calls, networking, and referrals
• Gather client data and coordinate with internal teams on proposals, presentations, enrollments, and client needs
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and stay current on industry trends and licensing requirements

What You'll Bring:

• 3-5 years of employee benefits sales experience (preferably at an insurance brokerage)
• Strong understanding of group benefits coverage and underwriting
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in MS Office; agency management system experience is a plus
• Health & Life License (or willingness to obtain)
• Bachelor's degree preferred
