We are a growing, friendly, and collaborative insurance agency in Richardson, Texas, and we're looking for a motivated team member who enjoys working with people and wants to build a long-term career in insurance.

Entry-level applicants start with a base salary of $30,000 and average at least $15,000 in commissions in their first year

Experienced candidates start with base salary of $35,000-$45,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Our top-performing team members earned up to $40,000 in additional commission last year.

Address client inquiries regarding policy coverage, billing questions, and claims status with clarity and patience.

Generate new business through leads, referrals, follow-ups, net working, ans existing client relationship.

Follow up on quotes and leads consistently and professionally to increase sales and close business

Process payments, update policy information, and issue insurance documentation accurately.

Maintain accurate digital records to ensure compliance and quick access for client assistance.

Entry-Level Candidates Welcome! Training will be provided for qualified entry-level candidates.

Preferred Qualifications:

Active Texas Property and Casualty Insurance License.

Active Texas Life and Health Insurance License.

Two years of experience in an insurance or customer-focused office setting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and agency management systems.

Strong organizational habits and attention to detail.

Bilingual skills are highly valued, particularly in Vietnamese or Spanish.
