Sales Associate​/Warehouse Manager

We are seeking a Sales Associate / Warehouse Manager for a direct hire opportunity in Lewisville, TX. • Support daily sales operations, customer communications, order processing, project coordination, and customer updates.
• Oversee warehouse activities including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, material handling, and organization.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using Net Suite or ERP systems, including cycle counts, physical inventory audits, and discrepancy resolution.
• Coordinate with production, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure materials are available and customer orders are completed on schedule.
• Supervise warehouse team members, assign daily priorities, monitor workflow, train employees, and support a positive, accountable team environment.
• Maintain safety standards, operational procedures, warehouse cleanliness, and efficient fulfillment processes.

• Salary: $60,000 to $65,000 per year, depending on experience, with potential for higher compensation for the right candidate.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional later evenings as needed.
• Location:
  
  Lewisville, TX.
• Onsite training required in Oceanside, CA, with travel expenses covered.
• 401(k) eligibility after one year. Employer match: 100% match on the first 3% and 50% match up to 5%.
• Vacation benefits increase over time, with 1 week in 2026 and 2 weeks in 2027.
