The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution. This role ensures efficient operations, cost control, and high service levels while aligning supply chain strategies with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support business growth

  • Oversee inventory planning and control to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess or shortages
  • Coordinate logistics, warehousing, and distribution activities to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Analyze supply chain data and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, finance, sales) to align supply and demand planning
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions, delays, or supplier issues
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using best practices and lean methodologies
  • Manage and develop supply chain team members, including performance management and coaching
