At RX Medical, our Operations team is the engine behind surgical success. As an Operations Specialist 3 Sourcer (Medical Warehouse), you’ll play a key role in ensuring the right products are sourced, tracked, and delivered—supporting both our internal teams and healthcare providers in real time.
This is a step-up role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving problems, and takes ownership of keeping operations running smoothly.
What You’ll DoIn this role, you’ll act as a central point of coordination for inventory flow, logistics, and urgent operational needs.
Coordinate and source products for surgeries and medical procedures
Manage the flow of inventory between sites, customers, and internal teams
Optimize delivery routes and logistics for efficiency and timeliness
Track and monitor inventory movement, ensuring accuracy at all times
Troubleshoot and resolve inventory or delivery issues quickly and effectively
Partner with sales and operations teams to prioritize urgent case needs
Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
Ensure all work meets company standards, including HIPAA and privacy regulations
Stay up to date on product knowledge, inventory systems, and processes

What You Bring3+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, or similar
Proven ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and make decisions independently
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills across teams (calls, texts, email)
Tech-savvy and able to learn inventory and tracking systems quickly
Requirements
Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
Ability to meet healthcare compliance requirements (including HIPAA)
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience in medical devices, surgical support, or healthcare logistics
Experience coordinating across multiple locations or teams
Familiarity with inventory management systems
