Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Move & Pack Associate to join our Clutter team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality moving services and exceptional customer service while handling customer items with care. Clutter, now seamlessly integrated with Iron Mountain, is disrupting the self‑storage and moving industries by offering affordable, flexible, and dependable service nationwide, driven by cutting‑edge technology.
Hours:
Flexible shift start times between 6:00AM and 8:00AM.
Schedule:
Clutter operates 7 days a week and the schedules will vary on a weekly basis depending on business needs. Weekend availability is required. Full‑time roles target at least 5 days/week, 40 hours/week.
- Pack, load, and unload customer items at residences and the warehouse to ensure a seamless storage experience.
- Collaborate with a team of helpers to complete 1–3 moving jobs daily while acting as the face of Clutter to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and organizational protocols by accurately tracking and managing logistics data through our mobile application.
- Basic Requirements:
At least 18 years of age. - Physical Capability:
Requires lifting up to 50 pounds independently and assisting with team lifts for larger assets (up to 400 pounds). This role involves frequent use of moving equipment including dollies, lifting straps, and hand trucks, as well as the manual disassembly of items on‑site to ensure safe and efficient handling. - Technical Aptitude:
Comfort using smartphone software and technology to track and manage data during the workday. - Relevant
Experience:
Experience in moving, warehouse, manufacturing, inventory management, stocking, general labor or customer service environments is preferred.
- Compensation:
Base hourly rate of $18/hour plus digital and cash tips and bonus potential tied to positive customer reviews. - Overtime: 1.5x hourly pay, available as business needs dictate.
