Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 / year
DescriptionThe Service Parts Planning & Systems Analyst is responsible for optimizing service parts availability, inventory, and planning execution through advanced forecasting and analytic tools to produce the forecast that is the basis for execution in the company’s JD Edwards ERP system. The role provides critical planning support to ensure that Field Services Technicians (FSE) have the right parts, in the right place, at the right time.
Key Responsibilities- Generating and managing forecasts for Field Replacement Units (FRU), Field Service Small Parts Spares, and Repair Kits.
- Maintaining system planning parameters within the Baxter system.
- Identifying opportunities to optimize inventory across the Distribution Center, Forward Stocking Locations, and FSE Van Stock, and supporting the development of KPIs for data‑driven decision‑making.
Required Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain, Business, Statistics, Business Intelligence or related field preferred).
- Strong ERP knowledge: JDE / Oracle preferred.
- 3-7+ years of experience in supply chain forecast and demand planning using data analytic tools such as Zoho, MS Power BI, Tableau, Baxter, Domo, Looker, etc., and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle JDE, Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Experience in field service parts planning a plus.
- Proven success in improving forecast accuracy and inventory performance using planning tools and data analysis.
- Experience in a global or multi‑region supply chain environment preferred.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Advanced analytical skills with Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookups) and database tools.
- Data extraction & analysis of large datasets.
- Power BI or similar BI tools for dashboard development.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of supply chain planning concepts.
- Ownership and accountability for planning outcomes.
- Detail‑oriented with high data accuracy standards.
- Ability to manage competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
