Job Title: Full-Time 1st Shift Custodian II
Location: Carrollton, TX
Shift: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM + Weekend Rotation (Saturday-Sunday)

Salary: 16$/hour

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Custodian to join our team! In this full-time role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in our Carrollton, TX facility. You will work the first shift (Monday-Friday) and participate in weekend rotations (Saturday-Sunday).

• Clean and maintain office spaces, restrooms, and warehouse areas.
• Stock and organize cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Maintain vending and soda machines.
• Safely handle and mix cleaning chemicals.
• Operate floor scrubbers and sweepers.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Ensure facility safety and cleanliness by reporting unsafe conditions.

What We’re Looking For:

• 1-3 years of custodial or related experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable with physical tasks such as climbing ladders, lifting up to 40 pounds, and operating cleaning equipment.
• Ability to work in varying conditions (temperature changes, confined spaces, etc.).
• Valid driver's license or ability to obtain one.
