** How You’ll Make a Difference
** As a Sr. Project Manager, you’ll lead some of our largest and most complex projects—from advanced automation and robotics to AS/RS systems, storage racking, mezzanines, and fully integrated warehouse technologies. You’ll be the steady hand guiding each project from concept through customer handoff, ensuring work is done safely, thoughtfully, and with pride. Your leadership will directly shape customer success and strengthen long-term partnerships.
** What You’ll Do
*** Lead end-to-end warehouse projects, coordinating design, installation, commissioning, and final turnover
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, engineers, vendors, and internal teams
* Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and risk while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality
* Solve technical and operational challenges with calm leadership and a solutions-first mindset
