** WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR - 1ST SHIFT - CARROLLTON, TX OVERVIEW:
** The Warehouse Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing daily operations within the warehouse facility. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, this position is responsible for coordinating and supervising warehouse activities to ensure efficient and timely receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. The Warehouse Supervisor will lead a team of warehouse associates, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, inventory accuracy, and productivity targets.

- Supervise and lead warehouse staff, including assigning tasks, providing training, and monitoring performance to ensure productivity goals are met.

- Proven experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.

Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Familiarity with inventory management best practices, including FIFO, JIT, and lean principles.

Ability to operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and efficiently.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
