ABOUT METROCREST SERVICES
Metrocrest Services provides hope and builds pathways to economic mobility for neighbors across the north Dallas area. We operate a whole-household, Social Determinants of Health (SDOH)-aligned model organized around five pillars:
Income, Health & Food, Workforce, Education/Training, and Housing. We call the people we serve "Neighbors" because they are members of our community, not cases to be managed, and every team member is expected to bring dignity, curiosity, and a whole-household perspective to their work.
The Director of Strategic & Social Impact leads Metrocrest's strategy for helping neighbors achieve lasting economic mobility across the interconnected areas of income, housing, workforce, and education.
