The Project Manager leads project planning, stakeholder communications, implementation coordination, and continuous process improvement initiatives while delivering a world-class customer experience throughout the onboarding journey. This individual works closely with Sales, Connected Service Hub (CSH), Service Delivery Managers (SDMs), branch operations, field service teams, Eco Experts, and customers to ensure the successful deployment and adoption of Schneider Electric Digital Service, including Building Advisor, Cloud Backup, and other connected digital solutions.
The Digital Service, Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end execution, coordination, and successful delivery of Building Advisor (BA) implementations and related digital service offerings. This role serves as the primary point of contact for all onboarding activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with customer expectations and contractual requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
- Own the complete onboarding and setup process for new Digital Service Offers from order receipt through service activation.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and implementation plans.
- Manage project timelines and ensure achievement of implementation targets.
- Coordinate all onboarding activities across internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure project scope aligns with contractual commitments and customer expectations.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, delays, and dependencies.
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement of onboarding processes.
- Lead initiatives focused on reducing setup cycle times and improving operational efficiency.
- Ensure all onboarding deliverables meet quality standards and service readiness requirements.
- College degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Information Technology, or related field or relevant work experience.
- 3-5+ years of project management, operations, service delivery, or customer success experience.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of building automation systems (BAS), Building Advisor, digital Service, SaaS platforms, or connected building technologies preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with project management tools and scheduling software.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and collaboration platforms.
- PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification preferred.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 101,600 - USD 152,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
