Summaryof Role
The Scheduler/Planner will work with the Data Center operations team to facilitate operating and maintaining the data center through maintenance scheduling, document control, end-to-end asset management and process creation.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities- Develop maintenance plans for assigned data centers/campus in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Collaborate with operational and technical teams to plan and schedule preventative and corrective work throughout the campus.
- Monitor maintenance schedules for adherence to compliance windows.
- Leverage metrics to identify trends and improve equipment performance in terms of efficiency, reliability and scalability.
- Manage assets through full life cycle and maintain master data by collaborating with engineering and logistics teams to define critical spare parts and inventory min/max volumes.
- Provide training for and maintain data health in CMMS tool.
- Support audits conducted by outside regulatory agencies (SOX, ISO, etc.).
- Train construction trade partners and others on asset tagging and accurate equipment attribute collection approaches/policies.
- Interface with global team on predictive maintenance programs, updates to CMMS tooling and asset management guidelines.
- Performs additional job duties as requested.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- 4+ years' experience scheduling and planning maintenance for large-scale, complex systems.
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and life safety monitoring and control systems.
- Experience in program development, management, and execution.
- Experience in collaborating and influencing teams to execute coordinated plans and activities.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, or governmental regulations and codes.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to speak effectively before small groups of tenants or fellow employees.
- Working knowledge or the capability of developing proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Access.
- 3+ years' experience working in a critical operation environment.
- Corrigo Experience.
- MCIM / Salesforce Experience.
- Zendesk Experience.
- Service Now Experience.
- Walking large, campus-like settings.
- Must be able to sit at a computer for up to 10 hours per day.
- Must be able to work different schedules.
- Must be able to work Holidays.

- JLL operates 40 sites for the customer including campuses and individual data centers, providing operational support including operating engineers, chief operating engineers, facility managers, and regional managers.
- JLL has been supporting the customer since 2021 and continues to support current locations and assist in establishing new sites across the United States.
