Job Title: Processing Supervisor (Weighing, Batching & Compounding)

Location: Buzz Ballz – Carrollton, TX

We are hiring a Processing Supervisor to lead daily ingredient weighing, batching, and compounding operations supporting beverage production. This role is hands‑on and floor‑based, ensuring accurate formulation, proper material staging, batch documentation, and safe, GMP‑compliant processing.

• Supervise and support team members who weigh, measure, and stage raw ingredients for production batches
• Execute and verify batch builds using formulas/recipes
  , batch sheets, and SOPs
• Oversee compounding/blending steps to ensure accuracy, traceability, and quality standards
• Confirm lot tracking
  , ingredient verification, and proper labeling of staged materials
• Coordinate with Quality and Production to ensure batches meet specs before release/use
• Maintain clean and organized processing areas aligned with GMP / sanitation expectations
• Troubleshoot batching errors (wrong ingredient, wrong weight, shortages) and drive corrective action
• Train team on safe handling of ingredients, scales, and batching systems

• Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in a role involving weighing, batching, blending, mixing, compounding, or formulation
• Ability to read and follow batch records / recipes / formulas accurately
• Strong attention to detail in measurements, lot codes, and traceability
• Basic computer skills for batch records and production documentation
• Manufacturing background in food, beverage, CPG, chemical, pharma, or cosmetics preferred
• Leadership experience (lead, trainer, supervisor, or working lead)

• Experience with GMP, HACCP, SQF/FSSC, or FDA‑regulated environments
• Familiar with scales, floor scales, precision measuring

• ERP experience (System
  21, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Forklift / pallet jack experience (or willingness to train)
