The Production Associate at CLEAR LITE GLASS LLC is responsible for the efficient assembly of insulated glass products from raw materials. This role is crucial in ensuring the high-quality standards of our manufacturing processes are met and maintained, contributing to the overall success and reputation of our company in the manufacturing industry.

• Assemble insulated glass units from raw materials, adhering to company standards and specifications.
• Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently to produce high-quality glass products.
• Inspect finished products for defects to ensure they meet quality control standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of production equipment as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and product quality.

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Experience with assembly line work, particularly in glass or similar materials, is an advantage.

• Must be capable of performing tasks while standing for extended periods.
• Ability to lift heavy materials, up to 50 pounds, is necessary.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in assembling products.
• Basic understanding of safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Good communication skills to follow instructions and report issues.
• Flexibility to work different shifts if required.
