The ideal candidate will have experience working in a heavy industrial environment, electrical systems (single and three phase), pneumatic and hydraulic tools, and other complex production machinery in a high-volume manufacturing environment. These positions follow a 2-2-3 rotating schedule on 12-hour shifts (either days or nights available) and will offer a generous hourly pay rate, full benefits, and career advancement opportunities.
Qualifications:
- An Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience and training is preferred.
- Strong hands-on skills in mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
- Working knowledge of industrial maintenance, blueprint reading, and safety protocols.
- Experience with troubleshooting and repairing production and extrusion machinery preferred.
- Proficient in electrical control systems installation and repair.
- Strong critical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Manual dexterity and ability to work in physically demanding environments.
