Position Title: Palletizer Operator
Pay Rate: $25.57/hr
Sign-on Bonus: $500 after 30 days, $500 after 6 months
Category/Shift: Hourly Full-Time (3rd Shift) 11pm-7am Monday-Friday
Shift Differential: $0.30 per 3rd shift
12‑hour shift and/or weekend work required when needed for production goals. Must be willing to work any shift.

- Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner following indicated work methods.
- Observe and monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions and determine whether adjustments are needed.
- Help identify, troubleshoot and correct product defects caused by the machine.
- Perform routine adjustments during the machine run and maintain production throughout the run.
- Set up and operate machine meeting established published specifications.
- Ensure all orders are completed to specifications, including any special instructions.
- Identify and make basic repairs to the machine.
- Set up and run the Unitizer.
- Run the machine meeting production goals.
- Maintain housekeeping standards all the time.
- Comply with all IPs Safety rules and quality policies and protocols at all times.
- Support the training of other assistant operators and colleagues as needed.
- Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety.
- Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
- Keep appropriate records and reports (complete forms, logs, and records accurately – as required).
- Read and interpret load tag information.
- Be knowledgeable of the complete Unitizer process to produce a top‑quality product.
- Work from checklists for operator PM responsibilities.
- Ensure all quality checks are performed correctly and accurately.
- Other duties as assigned by managers, supervisors, or shift leader.
- 2 years of manufacturing experience highly preferred.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Consent to a background check and pre‑employment physical / drug screen.
- Flexible to work overtime as needed.
- Must have a positive attitude with a willingness to learn new things, receive and follow instructions.
