Machine Operator Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $20.00 to $25.00 / hour
  • Full Time work available
  • Weekend work required
  • Various shifts available (Monday through Saturday)

Operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing and packaging equipment following standard operating procedures (SOPs). Perform routine quality checks and accurately complete production and batch documentation. Conduct basic equipment troubleshooting and report issues to supervisors or maintenance. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area in compliance with GMP and food safety standards. Assist with equipment changeovers, cleaning, and preventive maintenance while following all safety and PPE requirements.

Machine Operator

Qualifications:

Experience working in a manufacturing or food production environment; prior food manufacturing experience required. Ability to use basic hand tools (such as a wrench or screwdriver) and perform basic equipment troubleshooting. Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive physical tasks safely. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English for safety, training, and production documentation.

Willingness to complete two weeks of paid training on 1st shift, work mandatory overtime as required, follow a strict food-production dress code, and wear PPE; no formal degree required.
