Liquid Production Supervisor
The successful candidate oversees and supervises all daily liquid production operations to meet predetermined production schedules while maintaining an optimal balance of quality, service, and efficiency to achieve operational excellence. They will ensure that all Production activities and production equipment are operated in accordance with BRC requirements, as well as all Illes SOP's, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), Safety Practices, Quality standards and time sequences.

Key
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enforce safety, GMP, sanitation, and food quality standards at all times.
- Ensure operators have correctly documented the use of raw materials, containers, and labels per the batch sheets; report discrepancies.
- Document and report daily production schedule attainment
- Lead roll-out and training of Production monitoring systems (MES). Maintain master data such as Tmax among other data.
- Ensure training of all direct reports and temporary employees is conducted and documented.
- Manage temporary labor as defined by Production leadership.
- Inventory equipment and parts, report needs to leadership.
- Provide input and/or conduct investigations through established methods (such as 5 whys) regarding first pass quality, complaints, food safety committee finding, audit findings, safety investigations and for operational needs.
- Monitor production, equipment, and HMI systems to ensure efficient, compliant operations.
- Inspect ingredients and finished products for quality; coordinate sample testing with QA.
- Use Rite Time, Ross, and related systems to enter data, complete outputs, and move goods.
- Prepare accurate production and QA reports; maintain inspection-ready status.
- Calculate labor/equipment needs, and evaluate production data.
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Warehouse, Production Planning, and Food Safety and Quality to ensure equipment is functioning properly, materials are moved and stages appropriately, the schedule is in alignment with expectations, and the food is manufactured under strict adherence to Food Safety standards and expectations.
- Attend new product and operations readiness meetings for new products; be the liaison for operators and Innovation partners for new product production.
- Maintain accountability for all direct reports; execute disciplinary actions as needed.
- Communicate professionally and participate in ongoing training and development.
- Maintain regular attendance and fulfill other duties as assigned, including supervisor tasks listed in FM HR-0008.
Secondary
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as backup for the Liquid Operations Team Leader when needed.
- Accurately add materials per batch instructions and operate equipment safely.
- Operate production and packaging machinery, including forklifts and powered equipment.

Experience &
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred (or working towards one) Food industry experience required with 2 to 3 years' experience supervising and leading a team in the food industry
