MissionsIn the departments of 22, 29, 35, 50, 56, you will be responsible for the following missions:
- Troubleshoot clients on malfunctions and/or breakdowns of packaging systems (on site/by phone)
- Perform maintenance, commissioning, and machine control operations in customer service
- Follow up on customer accounts (writing quotes and selling maintenance contracts, orders/invoicing spare parts, disputes,...) and handle irregularities
- Provide technical information to sales and customers for sales of machines and packaging systems: settings, tests, diagnostics, advice on use...
- Prepare regular intervention reports and occasional reports
- Maintain stocks of spare parts for first-aid in the vehicle (tracking and launching orders as needed)
With a Bac +2 in Industrial Maintenance or electronics, you have 2 to 3 years of experience in the field of machine troubleshooting in industry (semi-automatic, automatic, pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, electronic).
With excellent interpersonal skills and commercial sense, you demonstrate good organizational skills, autonomy, technical versatility, and initiative.
