Responsibilities- Install finished assemblies into control panels using hand and power tools.
- Lift and push up to 50 lbs as part of the assembly process.
- Pull and pick products for installations, ensuring smooth workflow.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on role.
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively.
Skills & Qualifications
- Preferred experience with hand and power tools.
- Capability to learn how to assemble large cabinets.
- Familiarity with mechanical assembly and blueprint reading is advantageous.

Work EnvironmentWork in a clean, climate-controlled panel shop environment alongside a team of approximately 32 colleagues. The role operates on a first shift with flexible start and end times, typically between 7:00–8:00 a.m. start and 4:30–5:00 p.m. finish. Utilize hand tools, power tools, and electrical assembly equipment at benches and panel stations in a professional, organized shop setting.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of The Colony, TX.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
