Pilot Plant Technicians L1

Infra Hire is hiring for Pilot Plant Technician (L1 / L2 / L3)

• Operate and maintain chemical process equipment such as pumps, reactors, and mixers.
• Monitor process conditions using gauges, flowmeters, and control panels to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct quality control tests and collect process samples as directed.
• Accurately record operational and process data (e.g., temperature, pressure, flow rates).
• Perform routine equipment inspections, cleaning, and basic maintenance tasks.
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues and report/escalate complex problems.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, use proper personal protective equipment (PPE), and report unsafe conditions.
• Collaborate closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient plant operations.
• Demonstrate understanding of chemistry and process control systems, with willingness to learn and grow.
• Exhibit strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, reliability, and effective communication skills.
• Progress through career levels by developing increased technical skills, operational independence, problem-solving ability, equipment/process ownership, and leadership capability.
