Production Supervisor Details:

• Direct Hire position
• $ 70,000.00 to $ 80,000.00 / annually
• Various shifts available (Monday through Friday)

Job Details:

• Oversee production line setup, ensuring equipment is tested, adjusted, and operations start on schedule
• Supervise daily production activities, maintaining visibility, and enforcing productivity, accuracy, and reliability standards
• Monitor and report production metrics including output, material usage, waste, and downtime
• Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve equipment issues and maintain product quality
• Manage staffing needs: schedule, train, coach, evaluate performance, and address employee relations and discipline
• Support administrative and operational processes including reporting, timecards, overtime, PTO, and policy enforcement
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and operational standards, and assist in improving procedures and resolving production issues

Production Supervisor

Qualifications:

• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (food or personal care preferred)
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage production teams effectively
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Bilingual (Spanish) required with the ability to communicate across all levels
