Production Worker

Overview

Production Workers are responsible for ingredients prep, mixing, cooking, and final packaging of Teasdale’s food products. This includes raw material preparations, setting up and maintaining equipment and workflows used in our food production lines.

• Update and label boxes for proper packaging.
• Provide line QA for issues including pop-ups, dented or scratched lids, high or low label placement, and legible date codes.
• Pack finished products and record the number of cases per pallet and batch.
• Perform case audits when assigned.
• Move and organize products, materials, or equipment between work areas.
• Operate food production equipment as needed, ranging from a scan gun to a steam kettle.
• Read work orders or other instructions to determine product specifications or process requirements.
• Ensure cleaning protocols are conducted for all food production equipment.
• Notify supervisor of equipment repair or maintenance needs.
• Assist other areas and perform other job duties as necessary.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred; willingness to learn and be trained required.
• Good hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to problem‑solve and use manual dexterity skills.
• Physical strength and stamina: must lift 50–65 pounds up to four feet high without assistance, bend, stoop, pull and push during duties.
