We are hiring for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
** Overview:
** As a Manufacturing Equipment Operator I (Level One), you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations by safely and efficiently operating various equipment and machinery. This position is ideal for individuals seeking to start a career in manufacturing and gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic production environment.
** What You'll Do:
*** Operate designated machinery and equipment within the manufacturing plant according to standard operating procedures.
* Perform equipment setup, adjustments, and minor maintenance tasks as required.
* Monitor equipment during operation to ensure proper functioning and quality output.
* Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
* Conduct visual inspections of equipment to identify potential issues or defects.
* Assist with loading and unloading materials onto machines.
* Ensure production quotas and quality standards are met consistently.
* Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
** What You'll Need:
*** High school diploma or equivalent.
* Basic mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment operations.
* Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and quality.
* Physical stamina and ability to lift/move heavy objects when necessary.
* Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
* Commitment to safety practices and procedures.
* Proficient in basic math and measurement concepts.
* Good communication skills.
* Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently after training.
* Capability to troubleshoot basic equipment issues.
* Adaptability to changing work demands and priorities.
