Position

Packager – Carrollton, TX – Hiring Immediately

Starting Pay Rate of $17.50/hour plus $1.50 shift premium for the night shift.

Night Shift: 6:45pm – 7:00am.

• Understand and follow all Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and safety procedures/policies.
• Constantly inspect finished product before it is packed into carton and notify bag line operator of quality issues.
• Weigh and number cases, fill out proper documentation.
• Stack finished product on pallet evenly and correctly.
• Assist converting operator in all roll changes.
• Check all safety guards are in place and properly working at their station.
• Perform quality checks and complete related documentation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Assist converting operator as assigned.

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
• Commitment to stay safe and to continue to learn and develop.
• Work overtime as required.
• Satisfactorily complete training courses as determined by management.
• Other requirements as noted.
