Buzz Ballz is seeking an analytical and highly organized Production Scheduler to support our manufacturing operations by developing and maintaining production schedules that maximize efficiency, inventory availability, and customer service. This role partners closely with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Materials, and Logistics teams to balance production capacity, demand forecasts, and inventory levels while ensuring products are delivered on time. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys solving complex scheduling challenges through collaboration and data-driven decision making.

What

You’ll Do
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize production schedules to support manufacturing operations, customer demand, and inventory targets
  • Manage production planning activities, including Master Production Schedule (MPS), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), replenishment planning, and production forecasting
  • Coordinate with Production, Materials, Procurement, Logistics, and Supply Chain teams to ensure materials and resources are available to meet production schedules
  • Monitor inventory levels and production capacity while proactively identifying risks that could impact customer service or product availability
  • Analyze production performance and scheduling data to improve operational efficiency, inventory management, and schedule adherence
  • Support new product launches, production changes, and continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning processes and operational performance

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in production scheduling, production planning, supply chain, manufacturing, or operations planning
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and experience working with ERP, MRP, or production planning systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make timely, data-driven decisions

Preferred:

  • APICS (ASCM) Certification, Six Sigma Certification, or other supply chain or continuous improvement certification
  • Experience with ERP systems, including System
    21 or similar manufacturing software
  • Experience with MRP, MPS, WMS, or other manufacturing planning systems
  • Experience with in the food and beverage, alcohol beverage, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) manufacturing industry
  • Experience supporting process design, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • Primarily sedentary work involving prolonged periods of sitting and computer use
  • Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments with moderate noise levels
  • Ability to work an 8-hour shift and overtime as business needs require
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze data accurately
  • Regular, reliable, in-person attendance is required

Compensation: $62,000 – $77,000 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, skills, and interview performance.
