Temp-to-Hire | Full-Time
Location:
On-site | Carrollton, TX
Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $17.00 / hour
Input daily production data, lot numbers, PO numbers, job numbers, and quantities into Deacom ERP under correct Fill Tickets.
Read, interpret, and follow BOM instructions regarding pallet configurations and patterns.
Print and apply pallet tags; systematically and physically stage products in designated locations.
Collaborate with Team Leads and Quality Control (QC) to verify data accuracy and resolve tag issues.
Communicate production status and inventory entries via email with cross-functional teams.
Provide Machine Operators with daily Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) tracking sheets.
Wrap finished product pallets per BOM specifications using the Orion Tex-wrap machine.
Change and adjust plastic film on the wrapping equipment as needed.
Transport finished pallets from production lines to warehouse staging areas using certified electric or manual pallet jacks.
Adhere strictly to cGMP, FDA, NSF, and workplace safety guidelines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace.
Qualifications & RequirementsComputer
Skills:
Proficient with basic computer software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry systems (ERP experience like Deacom preferred).
Equipment Certification:
Certified to operate an electric pallet jack; proficient with manual pallet jacks.
Communication:
Ability to read, understand, and communicate written and verbal instructions in English.
Teamwork:
Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative attitude and a commitment to safety.
Education:
High School Diploma or GED preferred (not required).
Experience:
Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Constant standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and crawling. Ability to regularly lift/move 10–50 lbs, and occasionally lift over 100 lbs with assistance.
Vision Requirements:
Close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
Environment:
Exposure to moving mechanical parts, wet/humid conditions, varying temperatures, and moderate-to-loud noise levels typical of a high-volume manufacturing floor.
