Production Associate / Production Line, Assembly, Production QC/QA, Manufacturing & Industrial Operations
Role: Assembler/Operator (Temp-to-Perm)
Pay: $17.00 - $18.25/hr
Assignment: Temp-to-Perm
Location: Irving, TX 75038 or Plano, TX 75024(Climate-Controlled Environment)
Schedule:- Monday – Friday
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Produce high-quality medical devices within a manufacturing environment.
- Perform assembly, repair, and testing operations on medical device components and assemblies.
- Follow specified and standardized operating procedures under close supervision.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date production and job documentation.
- Communicate ideas, issues, and solutions effectively with manufacturing management, both verbally and in writing.
- Perform assembly and testing tasks in designated production areas.
- Support operations in the ACP Pack area and Assembly Department.
- Assist with the assembly of Alinity machines.
- Utilize basic computer skills to support manufacturing processes.
Ensure compliance with quality and production standards.
Requirements:- Previous assembly, manufacturing, operator, or testing experience required.
- Experience using microscope is a plus
- Basic computer skills required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening upon offer.
