We are seeking a hands-on, growth-minded Production Supervisor to direct day-to-day manufacturing operations, lead a dynamic team, and help build the scalable processes needed for our next phase of growth.
What You’ll Do- Lead Daily Operations:
Direct day-to-day manufacturing activities to ensure maximum safety, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery. - Drive Continuous Improvement:
Apply Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies (5S, Kaizen, DMAIC, Fishbone) to reduce downtime, eliminate waste, and optimize workflow. - Support NPI & Scaling:
Partner with Engineering and Quality on New Product Introduction (NPI), prototype builds, and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) as products move from development to high-volume production. - Process Development:
Create and standardize work instructions, assembly methods, and manufacturing processes to ensure repeatable, high-quality production. - Empower Your Team:
Coach, train, and mentor production personnel while building an accountable, safety-first, continuous-improvement culture. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations to eliminate production bottlenecks and material constraints.
- Experience:
5-7 years of manufacturing experience, including leadership in a production or manufacturing environment. - Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field (preferred). - Certifications:
Six Sigma Certification required (Green Belt preferred, Black Belt a plus). - Technical Expertise:
Hands‑on experience with Lean tools, root cause analysis, standard work development, and reading engineering drawings. - Adaptability:
Experience working in a startup, fast‑paced, high‑growth, or scaling manufacturing environment.
- Experience with electro‑mechanical, complex hardware, HVAC, thermal management, or data center equipment.
- Knowledge of DFM/DFA principles and ERP/MRP systems
salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

- Manufacturing Operations & Leadership: Direct daily operations to ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coaching and developing a team of manufacturing employees.
- Continuous Improvement & Lean: Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools (5S, Kaizen, DMAIC, 8D) to eliminate waste, track KPIs, reduce downtime, and resolve root causes.
- New Product Introduction (NPI): Partner with Engineering and Quality on prototype builds, DFM/DFA considerations, and scaling initial runs into repeatable production.
- Process Scaling & Optimization: Standardize work instructions, design tooling/fixtures, and adapt manufacturing workflows as production volumes grow.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations to eliminate material bottlenecks and drive continuous performance improvements.
