Marketing Coordinator

Location:

Carrollton, Texas Job Type: Permanent Compensation Range: $55,000 - 70,000 per year

Responsibilities:

Support the execution of multi-channel B2B marketing initiatives, ensuring digital, email, and social campaigns launch on schedule.

Coordinate comprehensive logistics for industry trade shows and global customer engagements, managing vendors and on-site needs.

Execute daily social media scheduling and content distribution to align seamlessly with broader strategic priorities.

Manage critical cross-functional timelines and track deliverables to maintain smooth operations across marketing and sales teams.

Qualifications:

2 to 4 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably within a corporate or B2B environment.

Proven track record of independently managing and executing multi-channel campaigns and event logistics.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic setting.

Exceptional communication abilities to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Bonus Points:
