We are seeking an experienced and personable Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing clinical team.

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary and immediate care for patients across the lifespan.
• Conduct thorough assessments, order and interpret diagnostic studies, and develop evidence-based care plans.
• Manage acute and chronic medical conditions with confidence and sound judgment.
• Perform minor procedures such as suturing, joint injections, wound care, and abscess drainage when appropriate.
• Deliver preventive care, annual physicals, and patient education focused on wellness and lifestyle improvement.
• Collaborate seamlessly with the supervising physician and multidisciplinary team to ensure continuity and coordination of care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and EMR accuracy to support quality and compliance standards.
• Contribute positively to clinic culture through professionalism, teamwork, and compassion.

• Current and active Texas license as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Minimum 2 years of independent clinical experience as an NP or PA (family medicine, internal medicine, or urgent care preferred), with the ability to address acute and chronic conditions.
• National board certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA).
• Current DEA registration and BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
• Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic acumen, and comfort managing a broad range of conditions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with patients and colleagues.
