Position Summary
We are seeking a Pediatric Home Health Nurse,
RN or LVN
, to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to medically fragile children in the home setting in Carrollton, 75007
. Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available.
- Night Shift (7:30p‑7a):
Sunday, Thursday, Friday - Night Shift (8p‑8a):
Saturday
$22–$33/hr depending on license and experience (LVN/RN).
Major Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Monitor patient condition and report changes.
- Collaborate with care team and family.
- Complete accurate clinical documentation electronically.
- Active Texas LVN or RN license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid Driver's License.
- At least 1 year of work experience or 6 months pediatric home health as a licensed RN or LVN.
- Paid Time Off.
