Life Care is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist the Nursing Department in delivering patient-centered care in a hospital setting. You will support nursing staff, document vital signs and care activities, and help maintain a safe environment for adults and geriatric patients.
You will participate in rounds, communicate changes in patient condition, and ensure equipment and supplies are properly maintained. A valid Texas CNA certification and strong teamwork are required.
