Life Care Hospitals of North Texas is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for adult and geriatric patients at our Carrollton, TX campus. The RN will lead handoffs and coordinate with the transdisciplinary team to ensure patient-centered care and readiness for discharge.
Two years in acute or LTACH settings is preferred. Active RN license in Texas and BLS are required; ACLS within six months for ICU/high-ops units.
