Job Summary
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide patient-centered care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, following physician orders and utilizing the nursing process. Your responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing and implementing care plans, delivering compassionate care, and educating patients and families. You will ensure that care is tailored to each patient’s unique needs, considering cultural, spiritual, and emotional factors.
Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and delegate nursing care based on patient needs and staff qualifications.
Advocate for patients and families while communicating effectively with the healthcare team.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established policies.
Provide patient and family education on health management, disease prevention, and transitions in care.
Maintain confidentiality, dignity, and respect for patients and families.
Adhere to safety and infection-control protocols, ensuring high-quality care.
Participate in ongoing education to maintain licensure and certifications.
QualificationsValid RN license and required certifications (BLS, ALS, NIHSS).
Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams and communicate with diverse patient populations.
Strong clinical judgment and the ability to make informed decisions for optimal patient outcomes.
