We're seeking a motivated Associate Veterinarian to join our exclusive client's established, multi-doctor small animal and exotics hospital in Carrollton, TX. For over 20 years, they've built strong community ties, a loyal client base, and a dedicated team with minimal staff turnover.

This is an excellent opportunity for a doctor who values both professional freedom and collaboration, and who wants to contribute to the continued growth of a modern, well-equipped practice.

• Flexible schedule: typically four 10-hour days per week
• Hospital hours:
  Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm;
  Saturdays, 8:00 am - 2:00 pm (two Saturdays per month required)
• Relaxed management style with clinical autonomy
• Engaging caseload of small animals and exotics (if desired)
• Excellent mentorship from a tenured team, always working alongside another experienced DVM
• Large hospital with advanced technology: digital X-ray, ultrasound, surgical suite, Cube X drug monitoring

• $130,000 - $160,000 base salary
• 22% production, no negative accrual
• Relocation and signing bonuses available
• 3 weeks PTO + 1 week dedicated CE
• $3,500 annual CE allowance
